Contains 4000mg per serve of Myo-inositol, which you can think of as the academy award winner for blood sugar support, metabolism and weight management. Myo-inositol helps our cells absorb glucose (sugar or carbs) into our cells for energy production, the better our bodies are at removing glucose from the bloodstream & utilising glucose for energy, the better for our overall health and of course our hormones!

V Good Probiotics combines 3 different scientifically studied strains to support vaginal health and the urogenital microbiota. V Good Probiotics is designed to prevent and assist in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis and vulvovaginal candidiasis (yeast infections), and protects against pre, during and post pregnancy vaginal infections.
I am pregnant or breastfeeding, can I use Better Together: Cravings?
Good news! Blood Sugar Babe is pregnancy friendly BUT we don't recommend it during breastfeeding - as breast milk is naturally rich in inositol. V Good Probiotics is actively recommended during pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding. The carefully selected probiotic strains have some incredible benefits for pregnancy (for both mum and baby) such as balancing vaginal flora for less itches and infections, immunity, blood sugar balance (important for gestational diabetes) and gut health support. While breastfeeding V Good Probiotics can support mum and baby’s immune systems, baby’s microbiome development, postpartum mood balance and gut health.
