If you purchase an Eve Wellness test, you may be asked to enter other personal and health-related information into the Website, to provide us with the details we need to most effectively analyse your sample and prepare your results report. This may include your: date of birth, gender, ethnicity, weight, height, level of activity during the day, GP details, number of children, whether you have a history of diabetes, cancer or any other major illnesses, details of any medical conditions you have including the name of the condition and when it was first diagnosed, any medication you are on; the dose; regularity and expected length of treatment, and details of any nutritional support supplements you are currently taking; and the dose.
We may also collect answers to health questionnaires around key areas of your wellness. In addition, you may be asked for your results to a zinc taste test to assess levels of zinc in your body.. This information is all collected to give our test and sample analysis team in-depth information into your personal picture of wellness, to enable them to interpret your results and prepare your results report as accurately as possible.
If you do not engage with any Eve Services, we will not ask you to provide any specific health information, your ethnicity, medical conditions, diagnoses or medication you are taking, your family or marital status, height, weight and other similar information.
From our customer service team interactions, we know that sometimes customers and users of our Services choose to share other kinds of personal information with us, of their own accord. This can include (but is not restricted to) information about their health, including any medical conditions or diagnoses, medication, diet, family status, weight, ethnicity.
We will never request or require this type of information through customer service phone calls or emails. But if you decide to share it with us, we may maintain a copy of transcripts for customer service interactions, but we do not use or disclose this information for any purposes other than assisting you more effectively in the future, resolving or analysing complaints, suggestions or issues brought to our attention by you.

If you have purchased an Eve Wellness test, where you consent to use doing so, we may share relevant health information or your test report with your primary healthcare provider (your GP) if we are concerned for your health and safety. Any information that is shared with your GP will be consented by you first.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology into our Payment gateway providers database, only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Access to your personal information is limited only to Eve staff whose role requires access to be able to effectively perform their job roles.

If you complete a subjective health questionnaire on our website, we may collect health information from you as detailed above. This information is collected to allow us to service your needs more effectively, by ensuring we are clued up about your wellness and health journey, as we recognise that having to tell us the same thing more than once is not a good experience for you. We will email you your health questionnaire results once you have completed the questionnaire. Additionally, you may access this information from us at any time using the contact details above.
If you have purchased Eve Services, such as a health test, you are able to change or update your information at any time by logging in to your account area of the Website. Users who are newsletter subscribers and who have not opted into any of our services do not have access to this additional functionality, however you are able to unsubscribe from our newsletter. In addition, you are able, at any time, to request that we delete any personal information we have collected by contacting us.
As you navigate through our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics and Facebook Pixels to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This will generally include information about your location, your traffic pattern through our website, and any communications between your computer and our Website. Once you have purchased an Eve Wellness test, and have received a test results report, your use of the Website grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our resources provided for your own personal use. These resources are inclusive of the test results report, any exclusive content shared with you as a customer, or any other resources accessed by reaching your logged in area. You have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of this content in any manner. It also may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.
