All prices on the Eve Wellness online store and all orders processed are in New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST when purchased in New Zealand and exclude GST when purchased elsewhere. Prices do not include shipping costs.
All transactions on our website are processed through a highly secure and fully compliant payment gateway platform that utilises industry best practice encryption and security. We, Eve Wellness, therefore do not store your card data to process your payment or for any future orders you may want to make.
Any giveaways or competitions that Eve Wellness offers will have start and end dates clearly indicated.
Any entries to social media giveaways are only valid if the entrant has tagged a friend in the comments section of the post, across either Facebook or Instagram, and liked/followed either the Eve Health Facebook or Instagram page.

Eve Wellness is pleased to offer free shipping within New Zealand.
We cannot guarantee that an order made on the Eve Wellness website can be cancelled at no additional cost. A cancellation fee may occur.
Please note if your shipment is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, shipping costs of $11.95 will also apply on all following shipping attempts.
All returns need to be made within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged or degraded at-home test products can be returned for a full refund provided that the test kit arrived to you already in this condition. Please contact the Eve Wellness Support Team to arrange your return at info@evewellnessco.com.
Once received at our warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned at-home test products. Please note, cancellation and return fees apply and are at the discretion of the Eve Wellness team.
Refunds may take 6 - 10 business days to process and show in your account. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.

Eve Wellness may offer our customers pre-sales. This enables you to purchase a new testing product before it is released for general sale (both through our retail partners and through our online store). Once the testing product is ready to be released, we will dispatch it to you. The delivery time depends on the release of the testing product. We can only offer an estimated time as sometimes these dates change due to delays in product development or from external suppliers. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
In the event that a testing product that you have bought via pre-sale is, for any reason, no longer being offered or has been removed, we will refund you the full purchase amount.
The Eve Health website and all contracts entered into through it are governed by and interpreted in accordance with New Zealand law.
We may change, delete or move any of the material on this website or these terms and conditions, at any time without notice.
Eve Health is not a designated company by insurance providers and as our services are currently considered outside the usual model of healthcare insurance. At this time reimbursements will not be supported by Eve Health.
The following applies to the Eve test products terms and conditions.
By agreeing to the Eve Wellness Test Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you understand that any tests provided by Eve Wellness are designed to provide you with easy-to-understand test results and diet and lifestyle recommendations that you may follow or not follow, or share with a relevant medical practitioner for further advice.
You acknowledge that any Eve Wellness Tests are NOT designed to diagnose, rectify, treat or cure any specific medical conditions or diseases. The recommendations given by Eve Wellness are not treatments. The results you will receive will not diagnose any health conditions. They are insights into your health data.
By purchasing and undertaking an Eve Test, you acknowledge that you give consent for your sample (urine, or saliva) to be sent to our lab and analysed.
Eve Wellness Tests all come with detailed instructions around preparing for, and collecting, your sample, as well as packing and shipping.
If for any reason your Eve Wellness sample reaches the lab and is faulty or unable to be used, we will contact you to organise a replacement. Eve holds the right to charge you for a replacement test box at $39.
For any further samples that may reach the lab in a faulty or unviable state, a $39 fee will be charged for any further replacement tests.
You authorise us to collect and use your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1993 and Health Information Privacy Code 1994.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree to let Eve Wellness use your non-identifiable data for future research projects carried out by the Laboratory and Research team at Eve Wellness Ltd. You also allow Eve Wellness to use your anonymised personal health information to evaluate the value of the Eve Wellness tests.
This is not a clinical trial, your identity will not be disclosed and all data will remain strictly confidential.
By undergoing testing through Eve Wellness you give permission for us to use your non-identifiable test results toward our ongoing studies around natural health and modern health issues. This many include using your non-identifiable data in write ups showing health trends, or any other scientific studies.
The collection of specific aspects of your health history and information is a necessary part of your experience with the Eve Wellness Hormone Balance Test. This data is used to aid with interpretation of your test results and ensuring that the diet and lifestyle recommendations we make to you are appropriate. This also provides essential data to our Lab Scientists for use in analysis. This data may include information regarding your health history, any medication or supplements you may be taking, or answers to any subjective health questionnaires you complete.
During your interaction with the Eve Wellness website application, you will be asked to share your health information with Eve Wellness.
You may be asked questions regarding your health history including any medication or supplements you may be taking, and/or asked to take health and lifestyle questionnaires. This enables Eve Wellness to produce accurate interpretations of your test results and appropriate diet and lifestyle recommendations. You do not have to give us any information or provide us with full information, however, failure to do so may result in Eve Wellness making recommendations to you that are inappropriate, or incorrectly interpreting your test results, for which Eve Wellness cannot accept responsibility.

Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost. All cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before your next order is due to process to ensure we can intercept your order in time.
Returns Policy for subscription orders
Failure to cancel an order before 24 business hours prior to the next order date may result in unnecessary shipment. If this occurs, customers may return these for a refund.
Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving them and need to be returned unopened in their original packaging. Please get in touch with our Wellness Coordinators at info@evewellness.co.nz for any assistance with this.
Payment of refund
Refunds can take up to 8-10 days from the date our warehouse receives your return to reflect on your bank account.
