Friends With Benefits Subscription Programme
The first order on subscription will be charged at full price. From the second order onwards, subscription orders will be discounted by 15%.
The customer has the flexibility to manage their subscription.
Updating credit card details, changing the shipping address, changing the shipping frequency or skipping an upcoming order can be done at any time by registering, and logging into your Friends with Benefits online account.
All repeat subscription orders sent within NZ and Australia are eligible for free shipping.
USA subscription orders over $150NZD are eligible for free shipping. A shipping fee of $35NZD applies for orders under $150NZD.
International subscription orders will be charged a standard international shipping fee of $35.00 for each order.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost.
All cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before your next order is due to process to ensure we can intercept your order in time.
Failure to cancel an order before 24 business hours prior to the next order date may result in unnecessary shipment. If this occurs, customers may return these for a refund.
Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving them and need to be returned unopened in their original packaging. Please get in touch with us here for any assistance with this.
Refunds can take up to 8-10 days from the date our warehouse receives your return to reflect on your bank account.
Refer A Friend Program
Eve Wellness’ “Give $15, Get $10” referral program rewards both the referrer (“you”) and the friend (“referee”) when the referee makes their first qualifying purchase.
Referral Reward Program Details:
- Give $15: Your friend will receive a $15 voucher to use on their first Eve order of $80 or more.
- Get $10: Once your friend redeems their $15 voucher and completes their qualifying purchase, you’ll receive a $10 credit automatically applied to your next subscription order.
- The referral program is open to existing Eve subscription customers with an active account, only.
- The referred friend must be a new customer.
- Only one $15 voucher may be used per new customer.
How to Refer:
- Access your unique referral link through your subscription portal.
- Share the link directly with your friends.
- Your friend must use your link to receive their $15 voucher.
Redemption Conditions:
- The referee’s $15 voucher is valid for orders of $80 or more (excluding shipping).
- The referrer’s $10 credit will only be applied after the referee has redeemed their voucher and completed a qualifying order.
- Credits and vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Expiry:
- The $10 credit for the referrer expires 1 year after the date it is earned.

Viewing Your Credit:

General Terms:
- Eve Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
- Eve Wellness may cancel referral credits or vouchers if it detects any fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Eve Wellness Giveaways
Any giveaways or competitions that Eve Wellness offers will have the competition entry requirements and start and end dates clearly indicated.
Giveaways are not associated with, or endorsed by, Instagram or Facebook.
Shipping & Delivery: New Zealand
We offer free shipping within NZ for all orders over $69. Any NZ orders under $69 have a shipping fee of $6.99.
We offer free shipping for all NZ repeat subscription orders.
NZ orders placed before 8am Monday - Thursday will be dispatched same day for next day delivery. NZ orders placed after 8am Monday - Thursday or anytime Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the following working day. Allow an extra day for rural delivery. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched by our team you will receive email confirmation along with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your order right to your door.
Our delivery is not signature required, but if you would like to alter your delivery settings with NZ Post you can do so by visiting their website and registering an account. This allows you to easily provide details specific to your address, and also redirect orders if need be.
We can also deliver to PO boxes or work addresses if that works best for you.
Shipping & Delivery: Australia
We offer free shipping to Australia for all orders over $89. Any orders under $89 have a shipping fee of $30.
We offer free shipping for all AU repeat subscription orders.
Please note, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses in Australia. Australian orders require a street address.
Shipping to Australia can be expected to take 2-3 business days if on the East Coast. Western Australia may take longer. All shipping to Australia is tracked.
Shipping & Delivery: USA
We offer free shipping for orders over $150NZD to the USA. A shipping fee of $35NZD applies for orders under $150NZD. These rates also apply to subscription orders.
Please note, the maximum order limit for US orders is $225 USD.
Orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your location in the USA.
Please be aware International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties can be up to 20% of the order total and are required to be paid by the purchaser. These are not the responsibility of Eve Wellness. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
Shipping & Delivery: International
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at check out based on your selected country.
International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your country. This time could also be extended if any delays occur with Customs on arrival to your country, which is something we are unable to predict or control. Shipping costs will be calculated at check out based on your selected country.
Please be aware International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties can be up to 20% of the order total and are required to be paid by the purchaser. These are not the responsibility of Eve Wellness. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

Online Cancellations and Order Amendments
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts
- Full order cancellations
Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
Failed Deliveries
Please note if your shipment is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, shipping costs may occur on all following shipping attempts.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for all NZ and AU orders. For USA or other international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened with the tamper seal still intact, and returned in their original packaging, well-protected, i.e. Eve Wellness box with packing peanuts. Any return received outside of 14 days will not be accepted for a refund and will be shipped back out.

Please ensure your packing slip stays within the box so we can identify your return.
Please also ensure that the return is well protected, i.e. in its original packaging with packing peanuts. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging and protection will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned order at our warehouse, we can process a full refund for the product back to the credit card or debit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to show in your account. This takes into consideration the time to process the returned products, process the refund, and for the money to show depending on your bank.

Pre-sales
Eve Wellness may offer our customers pre-sales. This enables you to purchase a new product before it is released for general sale (both through our retail partners and through our online store). Once the product is ready to be released, we will dispatch it to you. The delivery time depends on the release of the product. We can only offer an estimated time as sometimes these dates change due to delays in product development or from external suppliers. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
In the event that a product that you have bought via pre-sale is, for any reason, no longer being offered or has been removed, we will refund you the full purchase amount.
New Zealand Law
