I really love the detail and thought that's gone into the formula, I can really tell the difference taking the product.

I haven't even been taking this for a month and I barely noticed my luteal phase! I usually get a bit irritated and grumpy the week before my period but definitely didn't notice it that much! I am excited to try this over winter as I think it could help with my seasonal depression too!
