How do I become a Friends With Benefits?

Choose “subscribe” when you order your favourite Eve products. You can skip orders, change dates and swap products whenever you like.

Do I have to order the same product every month?

No. Like any good casual relationship, we keep things flexible. You can change your products, skip orders and move your delivery dates to suit you. As long as you don’t break up with us by canceling, you keep the benefits.

I don’t like commitment. Is this for me?

Definitely. You’re in control the whole way through, and you can cancel, skip or switch up your products anytime, anywhere. We’re here to have fun, not tie you down.

How do I cancel?

Login to your account, select manage my subscription. Select the subscription you would like to cancel, and scroll down to find the cancel button. Follow the steps to cancel your subscription.

How do I skip my next delivery?

Log in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and select "Skip next order" on the subscription you want to skip. It takes two taps — your following delivery will proceed as scheduled.

If I cancel and then restart, can I pick up where I left off?

Unfortunately not. If you cancel, you’ll start fresh if you come back. Thinking about a break? Skip or postpone your upcoming orders to hold on to your benefits while you decide.
