Myo-inositol helps our cells absorb glucose (sugar or carbs) into our cells for energy production, the better our bodies are at removing glucose from the bloodstream & utilising glucose for energy, the better for our overall health and of course our hormones!
I am pregnant or breastfeeding, can I use Better Together: PCOS?
Good news! All Systems Glow is safe to take while pregnant and breastfeeding, in fact it is super beneficial! Just be sure to check in with your health professional when combining it with other multivitamins. Blood Sugar Babe is pregnancy friendly as well, BUT we don't recommend it during breastfeeding - as breast milk is naturally rich in inositol.
