Me and my partner are really noticing a difference in PMS symptoms since I started taking this! Im usually a bit skeptical about potions and pills but was at the end of my tether and desperate to try anything to keep the PMS monster at bay! We have both noticed a real difference no longer does the PMS monster switch flick on pre period and my periods are more regular(I used to get them every 2 weeks despite being on the giddel/sticks). Going from easily eating a block of chocolate in a sitting to barely crave sweet things, I've naturally lost a couple kgs without even trying.
