New Zealand Shipping Information
All orders within New Zealand will receive FREE shipping.
NZ orders placed before 8am Monday - Thursday will be dispatched same day for next day delivery. NZ orders placed after 8am Monday - Thursday or anytime Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the following working day. Allow an extra day for rural delivery. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched by our team you will receive email confirmation along with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your order right to your door.
Our delivery is not signature required, but if you would like to alter your delivery settings with NZ Post you can do so by visiting their website and registering an account. This allows you to easily provide details specific to your address, and also redirect orders if need be.
We can also deliver to PO boxes or work addresses if that works best for you.
Australia Shipping Information
We offer free shipping to Australia for all orders over $89. Any orders under $89 have a shipping fee of $30.
Shipping to Australia can be expected to take 2-3 business days if on the East Coast. Western Australia may take longer.
All shipping to Australia is tracked.
International Shipping Information
International orders outside of NZ/AU can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your country. This time could also be extended if any delays occur with Customs on arrival to your country, which is something we are unable to predict or control. Shipping costs will be calculated at check out based on your selected country.
Please be aware International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties can be up to 20% of the order total and are required to be paid by the purchaser. These are not the responsibility of Eve Wellness. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

What Is Your Policy Around Damaged, Lost Or Missing Orders?
Please get in contact with us via email at email@example.com or phone 0800 54 52 54 if your order is damaged, lost or missing.
For lost or missing orders, an investigation will be opened with NZ Post. If the delivery issue cannot be resolved we will then replace the order.
Damaged orders will be replaced.
What is your Returns & Refund Policy for Supplements?
We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened with the tamper seal still intact, and returned in their original packaging, well-protected, i.e. Eve Wellness box with wood wool/shredded paper. Any return received outside of 14 days will not be accepted for a refund and will be shipped back out.

Please ensure your packing slip stays within the box so we can identify your return.
Please also ensure that the return is well protected, i.e. in its original packaging with wood wool in the Eve box. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging and protection will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned order at our warehouse, we can process a full refund for the product back to the credit card or debit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to show in your account. This takes into consideration the time to process the returned products, process the refund, and for the money to show depending on your bank.

How do I become a Friend With Benefits?
Simply choose subscription when you order your fave Eve products. But don’t sweat, you can skip orders, change dates and products etc whenever you like.
Do I have to order the same product every month?
No. Like any good casual relationship, we like to keep things flexible. You can change your products, skip orders and change delivery dates to suit you. As long as you don’t outright break up with us by canceling your subscription altogether, you’ll continue to reap the benefits.
I don’t like commitment. Is this for me?
Definitely. The beauty of being Friends With Benefits is that you’re in full control the whole way through and can cancel, skip or switch up your products anytime, anywhere. We’re here to have fun, not to tie you down.
If I cancel and then restart my Friends With Benefits can I start back where I left off?
Unfortunately not. It takes time to build a committed relationship. If you decide to cancel, you'll start the journey anew should you decide to re-start.
If you are considering a break but not sure you want to call it off entirely, we recommend skipping or postponing upcoming orders to hold your benefits while you make your decision.

How do I change the delivery date of my order?
We totally get it, sometimes we need more time before jumping to the next step. Which is why we have made it so easy to change your order dates. To do so, log into your Eve account, click into ‘Manage Subscription’ and select the next date that works for you.
We do need a little bit of notice so please make these changes at least 24 hours before the original due date.
Can I use Afterpay or Laybuy as my payment method for Friends with Benefits?
Unfortunately not, Afterpay and Laybuy are only available for one off orders.
How many times can I skip my order?
If you are needing a little bit of space, no worries at all. You can skip your orders for up to 4 months until you are ready to start seeing us again.
Can I change my payment method?
For sure, simply log into your Eve account and click into ‘manage subscription’. There will be an option to update your card details.
Can I cancel my Friends with Benefits at any time?
Of course, like we said we aren’t here to tie you down. Send us a message if you would like to cancel your Friends with Benefits and we can arrange this for you.
This will need to be at least 24 hours before your next order is due to process to ensure we can catch it in time.
