I literally felt a difference within one day of taking the al systems glow. I took it at night, and when I woke up in the morning my body felt plump and full (in a great, healthy way) as opposed to feeling depleted and tired like I normally do. It's only been a few days, so yet to see if my skin clears up, but I'm already receiving a benefit so anything else is a bonus at this point. The blood sugar babe does seem to be regulating my blood sugars well, too. I ate more grains than I should have the first few days taking it to test it out, and my body was better able to handle them. I'm not going to continue eating more grains, but it's great to know this helps regulate me if I accidentally overshoot my carb count. Definitely subscribing.

All System Glow combines three key minerals: Zinc, magnesium and iodine. These are essential to a huge amount of cellular processes in our body but are especially important for our balanced hormones, sleep, mood and hair, skin and nails.
Contains 4000mg per serve of Myo-inositol, which you can think of as the academy award winner for blood sugar support, metabolism support and more. Myo-inositol helps our cells absorb glucose (sugar or carbs) into our cells for energy production, the better our bodies are at removing glucose from the bloodstream & utilising glucose for energy, the better for our overall health and of course our hormones.
