We recommend checking with your health professional if you are on thyroid medications or have a known thyroid autoimmunity. If you are on any form of blood-thinning medication such as warfarin, prescription Vitamin A or anticipate surgery, consult with your healthcare practitioner before using this product. Take 2 hours away from medications.
Can I take Women’s Multi with other Eve products?
You sure can! Women’s Multi pairs perfectly with most of our range. Just avoid taking it alongside Take Me With The Pill or All Systems Glow to avoid doubling up on certain ingredients.

If you're looking for all-round support, are naturally menstruating, pregnant, or breastfeeding, then Women's Multi is your go-to. It includes a dose of Iron, Vitamin C, and Copper, as well as a whole range of other nutrients to support optimum iron levels, skin health, immunity, hormone balance, and steady energy.
On the flip side, if you are currently on the oral contraceptive pill, you'll want to choose Take Me With The Pill. It intentionally leaves out some of those specific nutrients since the pill actually helps your body hold onto them! And it focuses entirely on replenishing exactly what the pill depletes instead.
Is Women’s Multi safe to take during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding?
Yes! This is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Our Women’s Multi contains 300mcg RAE (retinol equivalent) of Vitamin A. To put that into perspective, the recommended daily intake during pregnancy is 800mcg RAE, and the safe upper limit is 3,000mcg RAE, meaning the upper limit is 10 times the amount in our multi.
Because mamas-to-be are often encouraged to avoid foods naturally rich in active Vitamin A, like cold meats, pâté, and uncooked soft cheeses, it can actually be quite hard to get enough of this nutrient through diet alone. We’ve included a safe, supportive top-up for both you and your growing baby.
