While the product itself has been very beneficial for me in helping me to go for longer, work harder and recover better that poor taste makes it hard to get down. Unfortunately I find it doesn't mix well and even put with other things to try make it taste better I just can't adjust to the poor taste.

I personally struggle to find a pre-workout that gives me a good balance of feeling focused and ready to get through a big workout without giving me that full-body itch and feeling of anxiety. Eve's pre-workout is perfect for me and my training goals, however I found that it had a weak flavor and soapy aftertaste.

Personally find it disgusting, has a yuck after taste and the powder sinks to the bottom no matter how much you stir or shake it, also didn't feel like it done anything at all

I have been taking for a couple of weeks now and I think I feel a difference at the gym, I have just started eating pre workout as well so seems to be a good combo. I do find the powder doesn't quite dissolve and I use an electric whiz stick, flavours a bit odd at first but has grown on me, I mix with my pvl bcaas which is delicious and drink while I'm at the gym. I would say it doesn't seem like 20 serves? I'm nearly out already! It would be great to get a scoop to get the size right

This preworkout is great, really gives you that extra push without the tingles. However the creatine taste is not masked at all, it tastes just about the same as if you were drinking creatine and water only, with an extremely subtle berry flavour. No sour at all. I have to add electrolytes to it to make it tolerable.

I go to the gym after work so I don't like having the pre workouts with caffeine in them as I am quite sensitive to caffeine. I notice a difference in my workouts - I feel like I can do more and go for longer compared to when I forget to take it. So it definitely works and I don't get the tingles like other pre-workouts and I can still sleep at night when I take it after work :)

I was so excited to try a pre workout that wouldn't make my skin feel like I had been nipped in lip plumper but unfortunately I think I am sensitive to beta-alanine and having this with food isn't part of my flow so I'm going to be passing her on to someone else!

Love the idea of having creatine in it, but it just tastes so bad. And it really doesn't mix well when you add water (tried with electric mixer and spoon). It does give a minimal burst of energy but not as much as I would've liked. It also doesn't come with a scoop. Have only used twice and can't bring myself to drink it again due to the taste

Will use for strength classes or mix with existing pre workout. The size is deceiving and the container is half empty- understand this is only 22 serves.
