  1. Begin by preparing two separate bowls for each flavour of yoghurt. In one bowl, sift in the Matcha powder, and in the other bowl, sift in the Unwind blend.
  2. Add your preferred sweetener to each bowl, adjust the amount to achieve the perfect balance according to your taste preferences.
  3. Mix each bowl of yoghurt thoroughly until the blends and sweeteners are well combined, creating a smooth and creamy base for your parfait.
  4. Now, it's time to assemble your parfait. Layer alternate scoops of Matcha yoghurt and Unwind yoghurt into serving glasses or bowls. 
  5. Top your parfait with your choice of toppings.
