Burn Free Summer: How To Avoid a UTI This Silly Season

1. Change out of wet togs ASAP

Hanging out in swimmers is cute for the first 20 minutes, but the warm, damp environment can quickly become a bacteria playground. Swap into dry clothes when you’re done swimming - ideally cotton undies that let things breathe and your future self will thank you.


2. Stay hydrated
