Yes! Both Blood Sugar Babe and Period Pal are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
I’m pregnant or breastfeeding, can I use Better Together: Ovulation?
Unfortunately not! Period Pal is not safe if pregnant or breastfeeding. Blood Sugar Babe is pregnancy friendly, however it is not suitable during breastfeeding - as breast milk is naturally rich in inositol. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
Can I take Better Together: Ovulation alongside other Eve products?
Yes! Blood Sugar Babe and Period Pal can be taken alongside all your Eve favourites.
What age is Better Together: Ovulation suitable for?
Period Pal is recommended for those 18+. Do not consume under the age of 18. Blood Sugar Babe is suitable for ages 13+.

Yes! Period Pal and Blood Sugar Babe do not contain any gluten, yeast, soy protein, milk/dairy, sodium, refined sugar, artificial colouring, preservatives or flavouring.
