Sorry Evies, unfortunately the ingredients in Bloat Buddy have not been studied for their safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding so we cannot confidently recommend it for this life stage. However, V Good Probiotics by itself is suitable and actively recommended during pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding. The carefully selected probiotic strains have some incredible benefits for pregnancy (for both mum and baby) such as balancing vaginal flora for less itches and infections, immunity, blood sugar balance (important for gestational diabetes) and gut health support. While breastfeeding V Good Probiotics can support mum and baby’s immune systems, baby’s microbiome development, postpartum mood balance and gut health.
