Apple cider vinegar is amazing for controlling our blood sugar levels, but let’s be honest, it’s not the most delicious thing to sip on 🥴
These gummies are a yummy pre-meal snack, that have a whole lot of benefits to boost your health & balance your blood sugars 🧡
You will need:
- 1.5 cups ACV
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp ground tumeric
- 1.5 cups water
- 3.5 tbsp gelatine powder
Heat the ACV, ginger, turmeric & 1 cup of water in a pot and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
Remove from heat and strain to remove the ginger pieces.
Place 1/2 cup of water into a small bowl and slowly whisk until dissolved.
Add gelatine to hot mixture and whisk until dissolved.
Pour into moulds or a baking pan, and chill in the fridge until set!
