The Power of Blue Spirulina, Passionflower, and Chamomile

Passionflower: Used for centuries as a natural remedy for anxiety and insomnia, passionflower is renowned for its calming properties. It helps relax the mind and body, allowing you to start your day with a sense of tranquility and ease.
Chamomile: A beloved herb with a long history of use in traditional medicine, chamomile is prized for its gentle soothing effects. It promotes relaxation and relieves stress, making it an ideal ingredient for those seeking a peaceful start to their day.
Recipe: Soothing Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon Eve Unwind Latte blend (containing blue spirulina, passionflower, and chamomile)
- ½ cup milk of your choice (we used almond)
Toppings:
- Yogurt (we used coconut yogurt)
- Fresh fruit
- Maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- In a glass or jar, combine chia seeds, protein powder, and Eve Unwind Latte blend.
- Add enough milk to the mixture to achieve your desired consistency. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and pop the mixture into the fridge for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell and thicken the mixture. You can also prepare it the night before for quicker preparation in the morning.
- Once the mixture has thickened, top with yogurt, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
