RECIPE: Gut Cleansing Watermelon Refresher

We all love a bit of indulgence here and there - but there's nothing worse than being left with an unhappy gut afterwards! This is our favourite gut-cleansing, detox-boosting mocktail to help your digestion along in a time of need šŸ‰

Ingredients:

  • Coconut water (or just water if you prefer)
  • Eve Gut Drink Probiotics
  • Watermelon
  • Fresh mint
  • Sliced cucumber
  • An aesthetically pleasing glass!Ā 

Ā 

How to:

  1. Cut up your watermelon into ice-cube shaped pieces and pop in the freezer.
  2. Fill your (cutest) vessel with coconut water, and add one serving of Gut Drink Probiotics, leaving some room for the watermelon cubes to be added.
  3. Whizz or stir it up!
  4. Add in your watermelon cubes, fresh mint and sliced cucumber.
  5. Enjoy your delicious gut-healing mocktail!Ā
