Delicious!! Really enjoy taking it and I really like the clean ingredients list. I noticed less cravings and clearer skin. The only downfall was the size of the container, it was a lot smaller than expected (which meant more pricier than I was expecting!). A great product if you can afford it.
I only ever had the odd pimple or two on my chin once a month for a long time however February this year my jawline and neck suddenly erupted out of the blue. At 29 years old I got quite confused, I thought I should be getting clear skin by now not being 18 anymore! Blood Sugar Babe has been a staple in my routine for almost two years, so you can imagine how excited I was to hear it was coming out in my favourite flavour (pink lemonade) with the added bonus of DIM! I was already taking DIM as a separate supplement, so I love that I can now get everything together in one delicious product. This product is delicious! It feels like just drinking a yummy treat, but with benefits!! It has a sweet taste, but not too overpowering - making it easy to drink everyday without getting sick of the flavour. It mixes amazingly, no nasty clumps when mixed, not gritty and does not seperate when left for a bit. Although I haven't noticed changes (such as having no new blemishes appear) just yet (possibly as I started just that wee bit later due to my holiday), as I have gotten a few new blemishes while trialing this product, I think it has definitely helped the amount of time a blemish takes to heal/disappear - they have been less painful sooner and reducing in size quicker. My skin definitely appears to be healing faster. Also, I have been taking this product around lunch time, I have noticed that I do not get an energy drop in the afternoon (aka the afternoon slump!) Because of this, when you introduce a powerhouse ingredient like DIM (which supports normal hormone metabolism), a brief "detox" reaction could happen for some people. Annoyingly, this means things can occasionally look a tiny bit worse before they get better! This is completely normal and usually settles down as your body adjusts. But, as always, if your symptoms persist, we definitely recommend having a chat with your healthcare provider just to be safe. <br><br> You may find it beneficial to start on a half-dose and work up to a full dose over the course of a week or two, to soften the detox reaction.

You can take your Clear Skin Drink whenever fits best into your daily routine! However, if you know that taking supplements on an empty stomach tends to leave your tummy feeling a little bit upset (Zinc and DIM can occasionally be the culprits there!), we definitely suggest drinking it alongside or shortly after a meal or a hearty snack just to keep things happy.

From a functionality perspective you can absolutely put it in a smoothie or any cold drink, actually. But honestly, because it has such a ridiculously yummy pink lemonade flavour, we think it’s best served all on its own! However, the active ingredients do not play well with heat, so as long as you’re not adding it to hot drinks you’ll be sweet.

I feel so much more confident going out without makeup, which is so unusual for me as makeup was a staple.
