Helped with cravings, digestion issues etc. Thought I was onto something really good. However, it gave me horrendous cramps, sore boobs, messed up my cycle, the works. I stopped it weeks ago and it's still continuing to be an issue. Hoping it'll pass with time.

I've put off writing this review as tbh it makes me a little emotional! Ok, so I have to admit I am older than the target marketing, I am 49, and probably my eggs are hardboiled by now , I have struggled with hormonal issues ALL my life. Doctors, specialists, weight gain, migraines, diets, endometrial surgery .... I don't think I actually realized my normal wasn't everyone's normal... so peri-menopause hitting I felt like rubbish. Put on 20kg, had no energy, basically IV coffee and looking for sugar rush.. Had no period for 7 months, prior to that erratic at best... Love this, dissolves super easy, the new packaging is much easier to use with less spillage and better for the environment, and there is minimal to no taste, I put a couple of flavoured water drops with mine each morning and it tastes great! Would highly recommend, especially as a PCOS girly I have noticed a difference with my body although it does take a few months to get the full effect.
